The Role:
You wont just be fixing units. Youll be the face of the business across high-profile commercial offices hospitals hotels and schools.
The Full Lifecycle: From high-spec installs to complex fault-finding and repairs.
Variety: Working across Split VRV/VRF and packaged units.
Autonomy: Managing your own PPM schedules and diagnostic reports.
Compliance: Ensuring every job is a gold standard for F-Gas and H&S regulations.

What you need to bring:
Certifications: F-Gas Category 1 is essential. (NVQ Level 2/3 is a major plus).
Experience: At least 2 years in the field (Install or Service).
The Basics: A full UK Driving License and a clean professional approach to client service.
Mindset: Youre a problem-solver who takes pride in a first-time fix.
