Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-orientedM&A Manager (m/f/d)to (co-)lead the end-to-end M&A process by providing financial analysis preparing decision-making materials and ensuring coordination between internal and external stakeholders. The role contributes to value-creating transactions and supports broader corporate development initiatives.
A job that matters: your tasks
- Assist in identifying and assessing potential M&A opportunities aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Develop financial models valuations and decision support materials
- (Co-)lead due diligence processes and alignment across internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Contribute to strategic corporate development projects outside of pure M&A (e.g. partnerships divestitures portfolio reviews)
- Monitor market trends and maintain a pipeline of strategic targets
- Participate and (co-)lead in deal negotiations documentation and post-deal integration planning (as needed)
An experience that matters: your skills
- Degree in Economics Business Administration or Engineering potentially Masters/MBA in Finance
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in M&A at an investment bank M&A boutique audit or consulting company or corporate M&A department
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong strategic analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills coupled with strong value orientation (e.g. courage curiosity trust)
- Flexibility to travel for business purposes (max. 20% of the time)
