Role overview
Are you skilled in numbers and interested in a career in the brewing industry Were looking for a motivated Junior HQ Controller to join our team and take charge of coordinating cross-entity reconciliations and streamlining intercompany billing workflows.
The Financial Controlling team comprises 7 specialists who ensure accurate financial reporting monitor balance sheet accounts and support audits. We collaborate closely with local business units (mainly the Headquarters in Denmark) and work with international tools like SAP and HFM to ensure the companys financial stability.

What youll be doing
- Monitoring overdue receivables on an ongoing basis
- Contacting customers/local entities to clarify payment delays
- Identifying receivables for write-offs and coordinating approval with the business unit
- Post-write-offs in the accounting system (SAP)
- Providing ad-hoc support Collecting licenses/app user lists
- Verifying and mapping licenses/app users
- Issuing ad hoc Intercompany invoices
- Reviewing Intercompany agreements
- Preparing MEC reports for project managers
- HFM reconciliations vs SAP
What were looking for
- Good structure and organizational skills
- Solid analytical skills with attention to detail
- Cost controlling or financial knowledge
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or Business Administration
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in cost controlling or financial analysis.
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial colleagues
- Good understanding of cost accounting principles
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. SAP)
- Fluency in English
