Schedule
2 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
Designed to support your school schedule while gaining real clinical experience
Position Details:
What Youll Do
Work alongside experienced RNs and LPNs to deliver compassionate high-quality care.
You will:
- Assist with individualized patient care
- Support clinical procedures and daily patient needs
- Collaborate with a team-focused unit
- Help patients achieve their highest level of wellness
Patient Populations Youll Serve
The Womens Health/GYN Unit offers diverse meaningful experiences including care for:
- NICU mothers
- Post-surgical patients (hysterectomy breast reconstruction C-section complications)
- Fetal demise patients
- GI and abdominal surgery patients
- Womens Med-Surg overflow
- Previable moms with medical complications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- OR CNA/CPTC
- OR Enrollment in a healthcare program (perfect for nursing students!)
No experience No problem!
Required Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) within 30 days
- PCA competencies within 3 months
Preferred: CNA certification
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing/walking for extended periods
- Performing essential patient care movements
