Position: Quality Coordinator (RN)
Schedule:Part-time
Our Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital is committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care to best address the medical physical emotional and vocational challenges for individuals with brain injuries spinal cord injuries neurological disorders orthopedic issues amputation and multiple traumas.

Responsibilities
- Assists the Director of Quality Management with all aspects of the hospital Quality Program.
- Collects and presents for quality environment infection control quality control and risk management.
- Assists as directed in quality meetings and teams and help prepare agenda items for required meetings.
- Assists with implementation of hospital quality plan surveyreadiness and root cause analysis.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.
Preferred qualifications
- 2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred.
- Previous experience with one major area of responsibility preferred (quality improvement risk management infection control or survey readiness).
- Demonstrates familiarity with accrediting standards including TJC and CARF preferred.
*Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employees first day of work.*
