Join our team as an Administrative Assistant (Fixed-Term Contract until 5th March 2027)
Were looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our busy and collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who is looking to build or grow their career in a corporate environment.
Based at our Head Office in Perth this full-time fixed-term role offers hybrid working options and the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and fast-paced team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate records through data entry and system updates
- Preparing letters forms and general documentation using templates
- Providing administrative support across a range of team activities
- Responding to general enquiries and directing requests as needed
- Managing shared inboxes and ensuring timely responses
- Coordinating training requests and tracking completion records
- Updating and maintaining internal guides and documentation
- Assisting with team projects initiatives and events
What youll bring to the table:
- Previous administration data entry or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confident communication and the ability to respond to enquiries professionally
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
