Position Summary
Manages guest arrival seating flow and waitlist organization to ensure smooth and efficient dining room operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations and waitlists accurately.
- Coordinate table flow with FOH leadership.
- Quoteaccuratewait times.
- Maintain clean and organized host stand.

- Maintain professionalism and composure during high-volume service.
- Protect operational standards and guest experience at all times.
- Represent Thirteens hospitality culture consistently.
