We are seeking a Companion Caregiver to join our team! We have a specific need for Mid day shifts in St. Paul and surrounding communities. This could include seeing multiple clients for shorter shifts in the same day. A little variety to spice up the day! If you are looking for some part time income during the day when the kids are in school this could be for this role you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with light housekeeping and errands laundry companionship and other tasks that improve the clients living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient compassionate and reliable. Potential for full time hours depending on availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping activities
- Assist with errands and shopping
- Laundry and linens
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a Caregiver Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Ability to pass background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tolerant of small pets
- Compassionate respectful ethical
- Weekend availability a plus
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
