About the Role:
- Competitive pay
- Team Referral Program - Earn a bonus of $200 for bringing caregivers you know into our organization if they work at least 80 hours within their first 30 days of employment
- Signing Bonus of $150 if you work at least 80 hours in the first 30 days of employment and perfect attendance
- Perform a caregivers duties as assigned assist with personal care tasks including bathing grooming and mobility support.
- Conduct caregiver training in a mentor role for employees needing additional or specific client training.
- Assist with delivering supplies and documentation as needed to the field staff.
- Notify the Care Manager of any necessary updates in the individualized service plan or resolve issues as necessary
- Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals.
- Promote a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or home care setting.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of patient care protocols and safety procedures.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work from 7 am to 8 pm; rotating weekend on-call
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
