We are looking for a confident and proactive Cold Caller to engage with healthcare providers qualify leads and support the sales pipeline. This role involves high-volume outbound calling and close collaboration with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers from a provided database
Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and messaging
Capture and update information in CRM systems
Hand over qualified leads to the sales manager

Requirements

Experience in cold calling or outbound sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence engaging with professionals over the phone
Ability to work with Excel and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Target-driven and resilient
