We are now seeking a passionate and driven Digital MarketingManagerto join our Commercial Team reporting to the Commercial DirectorSales and Marketing.
We areseeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to developimplement and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand products andservices. The ideal candidate will play a major role in enhancing ThenMunicipal and outlet brand awareness driving website traffic and generatingleads through various digital channels. Working closely with the CommercialDirector Brand Marketing and Operations the Digital Marketing Managerensures alignment with business objectives delivering both top-line revenueand profitable growth.

What youllbe doing...
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO SEM email social media and display advertising
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads social media ads)
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms
- Create curate and manage engaging content for websites blogs and social media
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Manage social media platforms and grow audience engagement
- Collaborate with content creators and other teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends tools and technologies
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve campaign performance
- Lead menu updates in partnership with the operations team delivering seamless launches supported by strategic aligned marketing plans
- Drive innovative initiatives to promote and optimise spaces creating unique and engaging event experiences along with the operational team
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role - 3 years
- Strong understanding and proven ability to manage SEO SEM PPC and social media marketing
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads and email marketing platforms
- Proven experience in website management including CMS configuration (e.g. WordPress) HTML/CSS updates SEO optimisation performance monitoring and issue resolution
- Demonstrated experience working within established brand requirements ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
