Practice Leader (Team Leader - Disability)

- Part Time 70 hours per fortnight (includes weekends sleepovers and admin time)
- Pallara/Doolandella area
- SCHADS Level 3 role
- Lead a team of dedicated support professionals

As a Practice Leader youll guide and support a team to deliver high-quality person-centred services that improve lives.
- Supervise and mentor support professionals
- Promote best practice through coaching and modelling
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across your team
- Lead service delivery aligned with organisational values and goals
- Build team capability to meet strategic objectives
- Ensure quality outcomes for clients through responsive support
What Youll Need
To ensure safety and compliance successful candidates must hold:
- A currentWorking with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check (or happy to obtain)
