What you get to do:

Manage guest and ambassador correspondence via phone and email

Manage daily Cabana and Day beds assignment sheets

Booking and coordination of VIP reservations

Managing wedding correspondence and assist in wedding bookings

Coordination of special occasion amenities and buoy delivery

Entering and reviewing notes on guest reservations

Ordering soda wine and dry stock items for cabanas

Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment

Must be able to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality

Must be able to lift 25 pounds

Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds with assistance

Must be able to work indoors with or without AC for entire shift

Must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need to include opening mid- and closing shifts; nights weekends and holidays

Office experience and knowledge of the organization preferred
