Job Summary
The Site Crew Member will assist with the planning and layout of the site work based on job specifications and local codes.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and layout of your site work project based on job specifications and local codes
- Use a variety of tools or equipment such as power construction equipment measuring devices power tools and locating equipment
- Follow blueprints to determine the location of underground utilities and objects
- Excavate ditches pour and finish concrete pads and light bases set poles etc.
- Help in planning and executing the site excavation needs based on job specifications and local codes
- Assist with performing weekly Tool Box talks and daily Site Safety Checklists through Site Docs
- Assist with field training and development of apprentices
- Promote sales of added items the customer needs
- Make sure all paperwork is completed on time. Paperwork includes equipment logs work authorizations as-built drawings purchase orders credit cards gas receipts and About Time regularly
- Your goal is to meet or beat estimated labor hours and material dollars
- Closeout the project with a happy and satisfied customer!
- Customer Service - Maintain and build relationships with all customers and give exceptional Customer Service. Zero customer complaints. No unjustified loss of customers or vendors.
- Always promote and be conscious of safety have zero safety violations wear proper PPE follow company policy customers policy and OSHA
- Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous
- Be willing to help with the Electrical Trade when the workload is slow

- Be On Time and ready to work at your scheduled time and for the duration
- Exhibit great punctuality
- Have your required tools as per the tool list be attentive to and carry out instructions and be neat with installations
- Possess good communication skills
- Communicate well with Foreman and co-workers. If you do not understand please ask.
- Maintain and build relationships with all employees by working well as a team with co-workers
- Maintain a clean appearance and a good image
- Must possess a valid drivers license CDLs and be insurable through Garber Electrics insurance
- Issued vehicles are for business use only personal use is prohibited without prior approval
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to perform work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to work from heights including ladders roofs elevated lifts
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches to lay conduit or living heavy objects of 75 pounds or more.
Education and Experience:
Must have a valid drivers license with CDL experience
