White Bear Mitsubishi and Volkswagen of Inver Grove is seeking our nextSummer 2026 Events and Marketing Intern!
Were looking for a creative and enthusiastic Events and Marketing intern looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing including content creation social media management and event marketing strategies!
You will have the opportunity to lead and staff on-site and off-site marketing events learn about the automotive industry and valuable sales strategies! Experience in social media marketing and graphic designis a PLUS! Additionally you will have the opportunity to work with two automotive brands: Mitsubishi and Volkswagen!The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing social media engaging with customers and staff and a desire to learn and grow within the field!
Work hours to be determined but flexibility is required as evenings and weekends are required. Must be willing to commute to both locations as role will report directly to the Digital Sales Manager. Must be available to work through mid to late August.

- Attract and engage customers at events such as handing out fliers handing out swag and getting customers to view vehicle(s)
- Creating engaging social media content including Facebook YouTube Instagram and TikTok
- Work throughout the company on various projects and events
- Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts and engaging with followers
- Generate excitement and customer enthusiasm with yourpositive attitude
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with the public
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 Online (Word Excel PowerPoint) Canva and social media platforms including TikTok Facebook YouTube Instagram
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance with a go-getter attitude eager to learn and contribute!
- Reasonably acceptable driving record
- Willing to submit to apre-employment background check.
