Job Summary
Liquid Personnel has exciting opportunities for experienced support workers to join a fantastic supported living service for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities in Manchester for its client based in Leyland Lancashire.

What will your responsibilities be
As the Support Worker you will support the team leader in in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered. You will regularly complete risk assessments keep records up to date with. You will be providingphysical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care Provide emotional support for an individual and their addition Supporting and helping with health care needs including routine checks or administrating will teachlife skills such as shopping using public transport and paying for bills.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have
- A Level 3 diploma in Health and Social care or equivalent
- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and additional needs
- And/or experience in mental health or youth work is desirable but not essential.
- Flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends is essential.
