Marketing Intern Orthopaedic Instruments Newbury UK
We have an exciting opportunity to join our UK OI team as a marketing Intern. You will work within the UK OI Marketing team assisting the OI Product Manager.
Your role will be to assist with various marketing activities; from event management to product launches to data analysis. You will also help provide support to the sales team in the field.
What Will You Do:
Project management; you will be required to manage projects under the supervision of the product manager
Assisting with organising of events; logistics documentation booking of kits equipment
Assist with product technical or competitive questions
Attending conferences/events to support with the event
Responding to marketing customer and sales inquiries or needs
Gather and analyse data from online sources reports primary research and inputs from country marketing and sales teams
Assist with developing marketing collateral; presentations internal communications brochures etc
Assisting in post-product launch analysis data collection analysis and communication
Assist with the monitoring of stock levels and loan kits and communications following
As Marketing Intern you will be:
Working closely with product managers marketing managers & brand managers to plan and execute projects
Working with multiple other stakeholders in the business
Developing an understanding of specific products and portfolios including competition
Conducting primary research and secondary data analysis
What you will need:
You have a degree in a relevant field preferably marketing economics business healthcare or engineering
Ideally looking for a career in marketing and / or healthcare
Strong initiative self-management skills and ambitious
Ability to work independently with guidance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Computer proficiency: ability to work with and understand Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint edit in PDF use MS Outlook digital skills a bonus!
Ability to work with cross-functional partners developing positive working relationships
Strong organizational skills particularly time management and prioritization
Performance driven results orientated
Strong verbal and written skills in English
