Compensation & Perks

$90K$102K/yr (Base salary Up to 15% discretionary bonus)
Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Half-days on Fridays (yes really go home at 11AM!)

What Youll Be Doing

Prepare and post journal entries accruals and account adjustments
Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close and assist with audits
Work across departments (Purchasing Service Sales) to resolve discrepancies and improve financial accuracy
Assist with A/P A/R and invoicing as needed
Review employee expenses and monitor travel and credit card spend
Reconcile and analyze inventory and WIP subledgers investigating variances
Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts
Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure GAAP compliance
Contribute to ERP enhancements and process improvements

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
35 years of accounting experience (open to a mix of public industry)
Experience in manufacturing cost accounting inventory OR project/job costing (construction engineering etc.)
Familiarity with WIP standard costing or project-based accounting is a strong plus
Experience with ERP systems (Syteline a plus not required)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables lookups etc.)
Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
