Olathe Ford RV Rental Coordinator
Location:Gardner KS
Hours:FT:M-F 8-5 with a day of the week off and Saturdaysrequired- 8am-5pm.
PT: At least 5-6 hours per day open to discussion

Position Overview:
The RV Rental Coordinatoris responsible fordelivering a smooth positive rental experience from start to finish. This role supports customersthroughthe rentalprocess coordinates scheduling and unit readiness and helps ensure each customersfeelsconfidentand prepared to navigatetheirRV
Responsibilities:
Greet andassistrental customers in person by phone/text/email
Explain the RV rental process clearly and confidently
Check units in and out complete inspections and document condition
Coordinate schedules for pickups returns and prep
Answerquestions and troubleshoot basic issues
Handle paperwork payments and customer files
Support cleaning/prep coordination between rentals
Help solve last-minute changes
Qualifications
Must has a valid DL
Positive professionalattitude
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow (RV knowledge can be taught!)
Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-pacedenvironment
Self-motivated dependable and able to workindependently
Calm under pressure with the ability to handle challenging situation professionally
Team player with a jump in and help mindset
Preferred Experience but not required:
RV Camping or Towing experience
Dealership Rental orHospitablybackground
Administrativeor scheduling experience
