Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities
- Support process improvement and efficiency projects
- Help collect and analyze production data
- Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing issues
- Assist in maintaining safety quality and operational standards
- Support documentation of work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production engineering and quality
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean or 5S programs
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree inManufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Operations Management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a hands-on industrial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or 5S principles
- Laboratory experience in manufacturing or operations
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality systems
