Dental Treatment Coordinator Wilmington NC
Full time $50k annually
We are hiring a Bilingual Treatment Coordinator to support patient case acceptance and ensure a smooth front-office experience at our dental office in Wilmington NC. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented personable and confident discussing treatment and financial options with at least one year of dental experience and must be bilingual.

Responsibilities

Present treatment plans and explain procedures to patients
Discuss financial options and assist with payment arrangements
Verify insurance coverage and benefits
Coordinate scheduling and follow up on pending treatment
Maintain accurate patient and billing records

Qualifications

Bilingual required
Minimum 1 year of dental experience
Insurance verification experience highly preferred
Strong communication sales and organizational skills
Patient-focused with a positive energetic attitude
