Job Summary

This position is associated with an upcoming contract that THOR is pursuing. We are conducting preliminary contingenthiring forroles associated with this contract. The work start is dependent upon THOR being awarded this contract.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Support SharePoint development of local OPC SharePoint tools software support and upgrades such asdash boards workflows data maintenance dataorganization.
- Develop SharePoint workflows to support USCG contract management team activities dashboards for user quick view status and mature SharePoint sites to improve document management repository and search/referencing functions.
- Research and data mine in and out of SharePoint as directed to retrieve data/status and develop/provide metrics asrequired.
- Support management of an electronic database by organizing andmaintainingconfiguration of a complete electronic set of current and historical program documents in a SharePoint environment.
- Initiateexpedite and close out process workflows related to document creation indexing review delivery and approval.
- Create standardized reports and presentation graphs onstatusof the workflows themselves and process metrics on usage of the workflow capability.
- Present SharePoint systems status and user requirements as directed by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR).
- Using the SharePoint systems store andmaintainversion-controlled data products that are processed through workflows.
- Monitor data management repositories and communicate documentation to relevant USCG staff members as directed by the government.
- Screen documents for proper marking of distribution and data rights. Review contractor-submitted Data Accession List(s) and provide recommendations to theGovernmentlead.
- Provide support with organization trackingmaintenanceand validation of spreadsheets that providesthe historicalresponses and decisions made in managing the design of the OPC.
- Provide datainputand editing to routine reports.
- Track and support reporting on program documentation to include memoranda routine MSAMdocumentationand decisional repositoryestablishedon the Government-provided SharePoint site.
- Provide data for andassistin the preparation of lessons learned reports and briefs.
- Develop a process and associated plan for the maintenance of existing Government reports trackers and documents for the creation incorporation and maintenance of new reports trackers and documents.
Location:Primarily onsite at USCG Shipyard Facility inMobile AL.
Travel:Up to 10%travelisanticipated.
Typical Physical Requirements:Mix of desk/computer work in an office environment and periodic visits to waterfront/shipboard environments. Mayinvolverepetitive motion traversing shipboard environments (e.g. confined spaces ladders hatches) or vision.
Eligibility for a SECRET Security Clearance is Required: This position requires eligibility for a Secret security clearance to be obtained afterhire. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance; therefore only current U.S. citizens will be considered for this position.
RequiredKnowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelors degree.
- At least four (4)yearsofrecent relevantexperiencein the infrastructure and web-baseddevelopment and administration of SharePoint systems and tools.
- Experiencewith Performance Metrics Analysis and Trending.
- Proficient withMicrosoftPowerBIthe Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and Outlook as well as other software/tools provided on the Coast Guard Standard Workstation.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
