Key Responsibilities
- Process DMV documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
- Support title and check audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Review vehicle titles for completeness accuracy and compliance with state requirements (VIN verification odometer readings lien releases etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DMV laws and regulations interpreting state-specific titling requirements as needed.
- Resolve titling issues through effective communication with customers and internal team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Automotive dealership experience preferred; CDK and prior DMV experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
