Job Title: Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Interface Systems Analyst - Hybrid

Duration (Contract): 2 12 Months

Job Description:
As a EDI Interface Systems Analyst you will analyze data structures support data mapping and guide configuration and interface development to enable effective data exchanges between enterprise system modules and trading partners. You will play a key role in coordinating interface trading partner and end to end testing activities while collaborating with business users technical teams and external vendors to ensure reliable secure and compliant system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze data structures and provide guidance on data mapping for system interfaces.
Review and support configurations and coding used for data exchanges among system modules and trading partners.
Coordinate and execute interface trading partner and end to end testing activities.
Develop comprehensive test plans test cases and test data for interface validation.
Monitor testing schedules track progress and communicate risks or issues.
Lead defect triage sessions and ensure timely defect resolution across vendors.
Serve as a liaison between business users technical teams and external partners.
Prepare test execution metrics summaries and reports for leadership.
Troubleshoot interface issues related to file transfers and integrations.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

Strong experience analyzing data structures mappings and system interfaces.
Knowledge of EDI standards and batch file processing concepts.
Experience working with SFTP and HTTPS for secure file transfers.
Familiarity with DevOps practices SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
Experience developing and executing interface and integration test plans.
Proven ability to lead defect management and triage across multiple teams.
Strong coordination skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage deadlines multitask and maintain high professionalism.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
