Job Summary

Nature and Scope: The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) delivers technical nursing care to Residents using the nursing process functioning as a member of the nursing team under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may assume charge nurse role in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Compensation Philosophy: We have 30 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience. Compensation range: $29.16- $41.57 per hour Sign on Bonus: $5000.00 Experience: At least one (1) year experience as LVN Education: Current California LVN license. Graduate from an approved LVN program with an associates or equivalent degree. Current CPR Certification. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Ability to apply good clinical judgment plan work establish priorities and maintain flexibility. Proficient written and verbal skills. Ability to use a computer proficiently.

Shift: 3 12 hour shifts working nights
