Scrum Master

Dallas TX - onsite

6 Months

Pay rate: $50 - $55/hr on W2

Job Description: Seeking experienced Scrum Masters with at least 3 years of solid Agile experience and hands on experience in PI Planning. The candidates will facilitate Agile ceremonies coach teams on Agile best practices and ensure the removal of impediments to team progress. Strong servant leadership and collaboration skills are required to align teams with business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups Sprint Planning Reviews Retrospectives).

Support teams during Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution.

Remove impediments and ensure team alignment with goals.

Coach teams on Agile practices and principles.

Promote transparency and collaboration within teams. Requirements:

3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe Scrum)

. Proficiency in facilitating PI Planning events.

Excellent communication and leadership skills
