Job Responsibilities
- Maintain efficient line flow and address minor stoppages within role scope
- Complete required documentation forpre-operational checksat the start of the shift
- Complete required documentation forin-process/interdictive inspectionsthroughout the shift
- Operate allcase bundlersas assigned
- Replaceshrink-wrap rollsas needed
- Operatelabel applicatorsas assigned
- Performhand stackingas needed
- Repack discards (e.g.9-packslightweights) and damaged product per standards
- Complete the Filler Operator Qualification Card with a score of3 or above
- Demonstrate working knowledge ofbasic hand tools and fasteners
- Demonstrate working knowledge ofbasic equipment components
- Use theclip tracking tooland independently performclip and/or clip rubber replacements
- Independently performtray spring and roller inspectionsandspring replacements
- Independently performoutput station hook replacements
- Independently performgeneral air leak repairs(push-lock fittings)
- Independently performgeneral water leak repairs(tri-clamps gaskets compression fittings)
- Assist withtray replacement as needed
- Independently performE-Stop light bulb replacements
- Independently performlifter pad replacements
- Independently performguard fastener replacements
- Housekeeping of entire secondary area.
- Follow all GMPs.
- Support KHMS
- Perform sanitation responsibilities as needed and/or required.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
- Must be willing and able to demonstrate planning/organizational skills and behavior which will contribute to the overall team effectiveness.
- Understanding of the requirements and importance of documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
