Job Summary
2026 SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAM - 2 Positions
PROGRAM: MigrantEducation In-Class Support
Current 6th 7th & 8th Grades
LOCATION:De Leon MS
DATES:June 8 - June 18 (Monday thru Thursday)
INSTRUCTIONAL TIME: 8:00 AM -12:30 PM
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Assist the Migrant Education Program in tutoring migrant students; providing supplemental support and maintain accurate files at all times. Will work under the supervision of Migrant Dept. staff.
Education/Certification:
Minimum 48 earned college hours - $12/hour
Must have reliable transportation at all times
Special Knowledge/Skills: Fully bilingual; ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately; ability and sensitivity in working with high need economically disadvantaged students; knowledge of general office equipment high level of technology skills
Experience: Experience in working with students preferred strong background or college courses in core subjects forgrade levels.
Working Days: Approximately 4 hours per day 4 days a week for total of 19 hours/week. Must have a flexible schedule.
