Job Summary
Automotive Service Technician Graff Kia of Chesterton
Graff Kia of Chesterton is hiring skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team in Northwest Indiana. We are looking for dependable productive technicians who take pride in their work communicate well and want to be part of a dealership that is building for the long term. Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders
- Diagnose mechanical electrical and drivability concerns efficiently and accurately
- Conduct multipoint inspections and clearly communicate recommended repairs
- Complete work in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with advisors and team members to deliver a strong customer experience
- Stay current on Kia training and repair procedures
Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Kia experience is a plus but not required
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude strong work ethic and team-first mindset
- Ability to produce efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
