The Role:
The barback is responsible for assisting the bartender while performing barback duties. Duties include providing superior guests service providing relief assistance to bar staff when needed stocks beer wine liquor mixers ice and dry goods and assists with always keeping the bar area clean and presentable.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all departmental service standards are upheld.
- Keeps the bar stations fully stocked (ice mixes garnishes napkins straws etc)
- Empties trash as necessary throughout the shift and at the end of the shift.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written.
- Ability to extended hours weekends and holidays
- Must have the ability to work well with guests and co-workers.

Target Salary Range: $15.00 per hour
