The Service Cashier plays a vital role in supporting our busy service team by providing excellent customer service and handling financial transactions accurately. This position requires strong organizational skills the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a welcoming attitude toward customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in the service department and provide friendly professional assistance.
- Process payments for service and parts transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling service appointments.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and receipts.
- Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills: experience with dealership software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and email
- Ability to manage phones customers and coworkers simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
