About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join our People & Culture team on a 7month fixedterm maternity leave contract. This is a handson specialist role suited to someone who enjoys working at the intersection of people data HR systems and stakeholder to the Head of Operations & Reward the HR Systems Specialist acts as the subject matter expert for people systems and data. You will ensure the accuracy integrity and effective use of HR systems across SSIs national footprint while supporting reporting analytics system enhancements and user hybrid from our Parramatta office were open to fulltime or parttime arrangements (34 days per week).In this role you will:Manage HR systems and data integrity ensuring accurate timely and highquality people dataAct as the people systems champion supporting system enhancements upgrades bug fixes and release managementBuild and deliver standard and adhoc reports and dashboards supporting datadriven decisionmakingPartner closely with People & Culture Payroll IT and external vendors to ensure seamless system integrationProvide system training and user support building capability across the organisationSupport audits data cleansing and compliance activitiesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical system solutionsAbout youThis role will suit someone who can step in confidently quickly build strong working relationships and keep momentum going across HR systems and reporting. Youre adaptable proactive and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment where accuracy trust and impact will bring:3 years experience working in HR systems HR reporting or related rolesStrong experience with core HCM systems ideally Dayforce or similar cloudbased platformsSolid understanding of people data metrics and analytics with strong Excel skillsExperience supporting or participating in HCM implementation or optimisation projectsExcellent attention to detail analytical thinking and problemsolving capabilityThe ability to communicate complex data and system concepts clearly to diverse stakeholdersExperience working in complex multisite or national organisations (NFP experience desirable)About UsSettlement Services International (SSI Group) is a community-based organisation and social business that supports newcomers and Australians to achieve their full potential.
