The Well-Being Senior Manager Project Management Programming & Operations is an integral part of Lathams Well-Being & Benefits role will be responsible for using their experience and understanding of both the legal and well-being industries to contribute to the overall strategies goals and objectives of the department and to represent the well-being program at senior levels. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence with a minimum of three (3) days a week in-office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing multi-pronged global initiatives (both long-term and short-term) around ergonomics physical activity and other health programming
• Managing complex projects end-to-end from initial strategy through implementation and post-program analysis including issue-spotting and developing relevant internal processes and procedures
• Writing and editing a wide variety of written communications
• Developing engagement and promotion strategies for both attorneys and professional services staff around their health and well-being
• Managing and developing teams including direct reports as well as hundreds of volunteer team leaders and ergonomics specialists
• Managing external vendors
• Developing and customizing (in conjunction with relevant experts) health-related programming and trainings
• Delivering stand-up presentations and trainings
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive confidential privileged financial and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

• Possess excellent leadership skills (i.e. organizing planning problem-solving and decision-making) necessary for effective management
• Demonstrate professional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
• Exhibit advanced comfort and skills with public speaking and written communications

And have:

• A bachelors degree or equivalent; in lieu of a degree a minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience may be considered
• Experience in the legal or corporate well-being fields
