Job Summary
Shift: 36 hours/week days 7am-7pm.
Clinical Techniciansat The Johns Hopkins Hospital have the opportunity to provide highly skilled and compassionate patient- and family-centered care as contributing members of the healthcare team. Ongoing education is provided to all Clinical Technicians to ensure that all techs perform at the highest level of their certification and scope of practice. During your first year you will have the opportunity to attend eight days of training off the unit which provide interactive learning activities to support your personal and professional development.
The Johns Hopkins HospitalNeuroscience Critical Care Unit (NCCU) is a 24-bed ICU that is at the forefront of advancing neurological care with a team committed to excellence research and the highest standards of patient outcomes. Our NCCU prides itself on being a center of excellence committed to delivering exceptional care to patients facing complex neurological disorders such as strokes (including post-tPa) ALS Guillain-Barre seizures and more.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland is required.
- One year of clinical experience e.g. home care outpatient acute care (hospital preferred) technician experience.
- BLS CPR certification required: AHA Red Cross or Military Training Network accepted.

Salary Range: Minimum 18.41/hour - Maximum 27.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
