An amazing opportunity has arisen for aLab SystemITEngineer.

This position willbe responsible forthe specification and design of IT solutions that directly support Biotech Labs including Bulk Drug Substance Lab MS&T (Manufacturing Science & Technology)Laband QC (Quality Control) Lab within our new State of the Art Biotech Facility. You will partner with operations quality engineering Digital ProductTeamsand enterprise IT teams to deliver compliant value-driven digital capabilities that improve reliability throughput and decision making.

What you will do:

  • Lead the successful implementation of IT solutions that directly support Lab operations primarily in the BDS MS&T & QC areas. This includes working with business functions to define user requirements system selection integrations and deployment and completingappropriate validationand testing

  • Ensuring that these systems aremaintainedin a validated state and for keeping the underlying technology current as part of an active lifecycle management program.

  • Provide ongoing support to the IT and Automation systems that directly support the BDS MS&T & QC Lab Operationsso as toensure the smooth running of operations at the site.

  • Implement system changes and conduct system investigations for specified IT systems in such a manner as to ensure theymaintainthe safe and compliant operation of the site. A keycomponentof this role is the ability to work closely with Enterprise IT Platform teams and Global Infrastructure organisations to ensure that both project deliverables and ongoing operations receiveappropriate support.

  • Active and engaged participation in the site tier processes (routine operations support processes) as well as supporting a culture of continuous improvement at the site.

  • Work with business functions at site to develop innovative digital solutions to business challenges and problems with a focus on value to the business.

  • Contribute to the design and build of data visualisations and analytics to deliver key insights to the business stakeholders.

What skills you will need:

  • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant discipline.

  • 3 years ofGxP(life science pharma medicaldevice) experience.

  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with IT system implementation and validation (as per the SDLCmethodology).

Preferred

  • Experience in GMP and/or Non-GMP Labs.

  • Experience with facility commissioning and startup.

  • Experience with systems such asLabXData Cockpit LIMs SartoriusBioPATMFCS CedexHiResAnalyzersCytivaWaveRockersSoloVPE.

  • Experience with PI Historian and OPC technologies.

  • IT Integration Services.

  • Network and Server infrastructure.

  • System Virtualization.

  • Six Sigma Certification.

  • Ability to work with all levels of business customers in a highly dynamic environment.
