Job Summary
Be Part of Our New Hospital Unit Zayed 2 Bridge Unit
We are excited to announce the launch of a new unit the Zayed 2 Bridge Unit (ZBU) designed to expand our care capabilities and meet the evolving needs of our patients. The ZBU is a short stay observation unit with patient populations from Neuro Surgery Cardiology and Medicine and housed within the prep and recovery areas within Endoscopy on Zayed 2. At full capacity the ZBU will admit 8 patients and nurse patient ratio will be no more than 4 patients. The ZBU is being created to help improve bed capacity and help get patients more timely to the care that they need leading to more positive outcomes.
This unit opened in October 2025. As we begin to build our permanent staffing team we are looking for innovative and patient centered team members to help us begin a strong clinical foundation. To recognize the importance of this new unit and the commitment it takes to build something from the ground up.
Shift: 12-hour Night Shift full-time

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
