GHJs relationship with our Global Advisory and Accounting Network provides the resources needed to better understand clients needs attract a higher caliber of candidates and assess candidate potential.

A company is seeking a Collections Specialist to join its team in a fast-paced high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone comfortable making outbound calls negotiating payment terms and resolving outstanding balances while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume outbound collection calls (80100 daily)
Manage and collect on third-party accounts
Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve past-due balances
Maintain accurate records of collection activity and account updates
Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and tact
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies

Qualifications

2 years of collections experience (third-party collections preferred)
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization

$42000 - $46000 a year
