Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Agent Engineer to design develop and deploy AI-driven solutions including autonomous agent workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. This role focuses on enhancing productivity automating processes and enabling intelligent decision-making while ensuring governance security and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Research design develop and manage software applications
- Build and deploy production-grade autonomous AI agents
- Design and implement RAG architectures using vector databases
- Develop and optimize multi-agent workflows and agentic systems
- Integrate LLMs via APIs (OpenAI Hugging Face Azure AI)
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) for secure data access
- Ensure AI governance model lifecycle management and evaluation
- Apply AI safety measures including guardrails content filtering and risk controls
- Collaborate with developers UX designers and business/system analysts
- Optimize LLM performance cost and token usage
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science
- Proven experience building and deploying autonomous AI agents in production
- Strong expertise in context engineering
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- CrewAI
- AutoGPT
- Experience implementing RAG systems with vector databases
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (OpenAI Hugging Face Azure AI)
- Experience integrating LLMs via APIs
- Knowledge of:
- AI governance
- Model lifecycle management
- Evaluation frameworks
- Experience implementing/extending Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Experience with AI guardrails and safety controls
- Understanding of data privacy (PII/PHI handling)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years experience building multi-agent systems
- Experience optimizing LLM cost token usage and performance
- Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment and scalability
