As theTeam Leader Wholesale you manage a portfolio of independent customers and contribute to the distribution strategy of the HUGO BOSS brands and lines on the French market. You report directly to the Head of Wholesale France.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
People Management
- Support and develop the sales team (coaching feedback performance monitoring).
- Provide clarity on vision priorities and expectations by organizing and leading team meetings focused on objectives and best practices.
- Place team engagement at the heart of your leadership by creating a climate of trust and collaboration and by ensuring the well-being and recognition of both individual and collective contributions.
Business Development
- Define and implement the distribution strategy for the HUGO and BOSS brands with independent customers ensuring alignment with partners positioning and contributing to targeting decisions.
- Oversee the management of the customer portfolio by the team directly managing key accounts and ensuring an exceptional level of customer relationship.
- Act as the guardian of the HUGO and BOSS brand image with partners ensuring proper implementation of collections adherence to merchandising guidelines and consistency of assortments.
- Ensure the proper implementation and monitoring of commercial procedures approved by the company (sales processes reporting CRM internal tools etc.) and compliance with validated commercial terms (discounts payment conditions returns etc.).
Cross-Functional Leadership & Internal Coordination
- Act as the key point of contact between your team and the main internal departments to guarantee smooth profitable execution in line with HUGO BOSS standards.
- Ensure accurate invoicing payment follow-up and P&L monitoring for key accounts together with the Finance department and the Credit Manager in order to secure profitability and manage risk.
- Co-develop client activation plans with the Marketing team and ensure the effective translation of the brand strategy.
- Guarantee operational excellence on a daily basis (orders deliveries returns claims) and resolve identified pain points in collaboration with the Sales Administration team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in Wholesale ideally within the fashion industry or with a premium brand.
- Successful experience in leading a sales team with hands-on performance management.
- Strong analytical skills and a well-developed strategic vision.
- Strong product and brand sensitivity with a genuine affinity for the HUGO and BOSS universe and a strong alignment with the Groups values and standards of excellence.
- Strong business orientation and results-driven mindset with particular attention to the quality of customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation communication and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written is essential.
