Job Summary
Lead and manage the import airfreight operations team to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery
Act as the primary escalation point for customers and ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution
Oversee end-to-end import operations including booking customs clearance trucking doc-umentation billing and vendor coordination
Ensure operational excellence by meeting KPIs productivity targets and compliance stand-ards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives SOP implementation and process optimization
Manage vendor performance cost control and contribute to GP maximization
Collaborate closely with Sales Product and overseas counterparts to support business growth and customer retention
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and system updates (e.g. CargoWise internal sys-tems)
Lead customer communication reporting and operational reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements
Develop and coach team members ensuring capability building and succession planning
Support new business implementation and onboarding of new customers
