Job Summary

Unit Role: Unit Role: To develop the leadership potential of selected university students through enjoyable and challenging training raising awareness of the Armys ethos and building interest in its career opportunities; in order to secure their commitment whether as officers or as future leaders in their chosen profession to champion the Army in society.

Position Role: Army Reserve CQMS supporting UOTC training companies.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team providing G4 support on training weekends and camps.
2. Manage delegated tasks and associated risk.
3. Develop advise and support subordinates.
4. Maintain health and safety in the workplace.
5. Support QM and RQMS with G4 provision to deployed sub units.
6. Deliver in barracks/business process ensuring maintenance of standards and efficiency.
7. Deputise for RQMS when required.
