Manager Global Sales Development (m/f/d)

As Manager Global Sales Development (m/f/d) you will be part of the Global Sales Development team and report directly to the Head of Global Sales this role you will drive cross-functional projects that enhance our global sales and product strategies across all channels and business will work closely with markets business units and central functions to translate customer and industry insights into concrete initiatives ensuring a consistent and impactful go-to-market approach for our BOSS and HUGO brands worldwide.

What you can expect:
  • Analyze sales activities performance and formats identify potentials and business opportunities and explore new business fields as well as innovative distribution formats.
  • Identify potential for global sales and product strategies and initiatives to drive brand growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Analyze and translate customer and industry trends into relevant measures and activities in line with the company-wide sales strategy.
  • Support the CSO Office with board level presentations strategic analyses and key decision documents ensuring clarity precision and impact for top management discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with all subsidiaries and key markets to ensure a strong go-to-market approach and best-in-class support for our business partners.
  • Prepare and steer fact-based decision-making by translating complex data and analyses into clear recommendations for action.
  • Drive global cross-functional projects aimed at improving our sales and product strategies.
  • Manage project implementation end-to-end: define scope and timelines coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Sales Product Marketing Controlling) monitor progress and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Proactively contribute ideas and new initiatives based on your analyses and market observations while primarily driving projects assigned by the Head of Global Sales Development.
Your profile:
  • Successfully completed a masters degree / MBA or an equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sales Development Business Development Commercial Strategy Consulting or a comparable role ideally in the fashion lifestyle or consumer goods industry and in an international environment.
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional international projects from concept to implementation.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to derive clear actionable recommendations from complex data (e.g. sales KPIs market and customer insights).
  • High affinity for omnichannel and go-to-market concepts with a good understanding of different channels (wholesale retail e-commerce outlets) and their requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with confidence in collaborating with senior management and international teams.
  • Structured independent and solution-oriented way of working with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
  • Very good English skills required; German skills are an advantage.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach able to work both on a team and independently
  • You contribute to team spirit through your curiosity and passion for new challenges
