Job Summary
Role & responsibilities
- As a Senior HRIS Analyst you will own the ongoing stability optimization and enhancement of HR systems ensuring they remain current and aligned with business needs.
- Act as the Lead and primary point of contact for all stakeholders on Ultipro/UKG WFM configuration issues exports reporting and implementations.
- Lead and manage all HRIS Workforce Manager (Time & Attendance) projects and system enhancements.
- Manage Tier 3 Ultipro/UKG requests with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset.
- Serve as SME on various HR/payroll systemrelated projects.
- Test new software and system upgrades and identify opportunities to integrate them within existing HR processes.
- Document HRIS processes and identify continuous process improvement opportunities across time attendance leave and scheduling systems.
- Perform data gathering and analysis on time and scheduling data.
