We provide reporting solutions or requirements through finance markets and operations reporting along with cyclical and critical controlling processes such as Forecasting Financial Planning Revenue Planning Markets Leadership Planning and Cash Reporting to help you take better business decisions. With projects like Mercury we also support business transformation and we are continuing to expand our services to
support all Regions with their Reporting and Data Analytics needs.
The opportunity
This role focuses on the people management regular interaction with SaT Stakeholders for day to day business purpose managing larger team (business units) within Reporting this role candidate is expected to provide the key support to internal stakeholders to drive various initiatives global/local projects take business/process related decisions as need basis and provide the regular required updates to R&A
CoE leadership. This role will be global role in nature and candidate is expected to be flexible with shift to support global Stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
- Performing extensive financial analysis of weekly monthly and annual results under the guidance of the Financial Controllers/Chief Operating Officers/Chief Financial Officers/Partners/Directors and other finance professionals to identify various operational / business related challenges
- Extensive variance / market leadership analysis to understand the reasons and operational criticalities in meeting plan.
- Communication with Leadership members across the Globe identifying and alerting the key performance indications and explanations thereon.
- Seasonal support in preparing the Budgets / Forecast reporting and Financial projections and business scenarios
- Fosters an environment that promotes the sharing of knowledge and leading practices and builds on learning to serve the organization
- Deep understanding of Business cycles KPIs revenue generation
- Act as Trusted business advisor on all strategic initiatives and reporting operations
- Promotes effective teaming with multitasking capabilities
- Dashboard reporting covering key KPIs on monthly basis
- Support on Finance Markets and Sales and Pipeline part of reporting
- Work with Markets on GTER review and monitoring in conjunction with TNR reporting.
- Enables a retention goal through regular people engagement interventions (excluding internal transfers & counselled out).
- Contributes to achieving of EYPP score for the team
- Stays connected with key stakeholders/customers and builds long-term relationships through active dialogue on GDS capabilities and thorough understanding their business priorities
- Proactively senses and enables building of future skills for self and team. Drive to improve Digital Adoption Index (DAI)
- Drive cost savings through automation and innovation initiatives. Achieve operational efficiency goals (Automation & Productivity)
- Contributes to upskilling of team members and encourages to develop a technical acumen thorough with the ES Digital Platform offerings
- Increases GDS usage by expanding service portfolio at the appropriate pricing model
- Increase GDS usage and penetration
- Regularly contributes to automation and innovation initiatives leveraging the latest tools and technologies

To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA or CA. ACCA (or equivalent) desirable
- Knowledge of Hyperion SmartView Essbase SQL query and advanced level in Excel
- Experience in SAP desirable
- Experience in working in a globally deployed accounting organization
- At least 9 - 12 years of experience in finance processes and policies
- Experience in managing a similar reporting and analysis function
Ideally youll also have
- Exposure to Power BI SQL or any other visualization tools
