Job Summary
Key responsibilities

Main job tasks
1. Oversee import processes and logistics
- Order fulfilment execution and priority shipment coordination
- Coordinate proactively with the customs broker and the distributor
- Maintain accurate records of import transactions and documentation
- Yearly one-time pricing adjustments documentation to local customs
Management
- Inventory reconciliation
- Year-end write-off and stock take coordination
and return handling
-Execute sample dispatch and manage exceptions
-Ensure sample stock adequacy
- Perform month-end closing activities including booking for samples returns credits
Supply
-Ensure product availability and adequacy
-Mitigate supply risk and priority shipment
- Lead monthly supply meeting with internal stakeholders
- Engage in launch product preparation
5. Support Ad-hoc issue or priorities
- Supporting local/regional ad-hoc needs.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree or above in Finance Business Administration or Supply Chain related.
Experience
35 years of experience in supply chain & finance related field.
Personal skills
1. A basic understanding of the end-to-end value chain and how supply chain decisions influence service risk cost and business performance.
2. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
3. Capable of adapting to changing market conditions and business needs.
4. Familiar with SAP and Power BI will be a plus.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
