About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Givers at Heartsong Homecare Co-op in Anacortes WA. As an in home Care Giver you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Document and report any changes in clients condition to the care team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- must be 18 years old
- Must be willing to drive to the clients
