The primary responsibilities of this position are to oversee the day-to-day operation and strategic development of the high-fidelity simulation lab its resources and coordinate simulation training/activities. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission values and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:
Experience: Requires a minimum of three years healthcare experience and experience working in a simulation environment. Education: Bachelors degree or applicable experience in a related healthcare field.
Licensure: Current licensure or certification to practice in the applicable state if related to degree.
EMT or Paramedic preferred.

Certification/Registration: Current in American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare provider.
Other: Working conditions mental and physical requirements: Lifting loading and pushing equipment presentation skills ability to multitask in an active environment detailed logical thinker with good organization skills/habits excellent oral and written communication skills. Equipment used: Laptop computer projector audiovisual equipment manikins ECG simulators adjunct airway equipment and miscellaneous equipment used in advanced lifesaving interventions and simulations
