HR Analytics & Org Design Intern
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Analytics & Org Design Intern to support the People team in data-driven decision making and organizational structure planning. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate workforce data developing org charts and supporting HR initiatives that improve efficiency and employee experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in Human Resources data analytics organizational design and business operations with exposure to cross-functional collaboration and real-world problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation maintenance and updates of organizational charts and reporting structures
- Assist in gathering analyzing and validating HR and workforce data
- Help maintain data accuracy within HR systems (HRIS)
- Support reporting and dashboards related to headcount structure and workforce insights
- Document workflows processes and best practices related to org design and HR data
- Partner with HR team members on projects related to org design workforce planning and employee experience
- Identify data or process gaps and recommend improvements
- Provide general HR support across various initiatives as needed
- Source and recruit for critical roles
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Psychology Analytics or a related field
- Strong interest in HR data analytics and organizational effectiveness
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) through coursework projects or prior work experience
- Exposure to data analysis or project-based work (academic or professional)
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude coachable and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with both data and people
