Breakfast Cook
One Lincoln Park in Dayton OH is looking to hire a full-time Breakfast Cook to work in the kitchen at our retirement community. Are you a detail-oriented cook with a passion for helping others Would you like to gain kitchen experience in a rewarding supportive environment If so please read on!
This culinary position earns a competitive wage of $16.00per hour. We provide excellent benefits and perks including medical dental and vision bonuses a 401(k) with a company match a holiday party and an Employee Appreciation Day. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINE COOK
As a Line Cook you work in our kitchen preparing meals for our residents. You cook a range of cuisines from elegant fine dining to our more casual bistro-style offerings. As you prepare for service you accommodate special menu needs and a la carte requests meeting our residents dietary requirements with acute attention to detail. Exercising your culinary creativity you help us develop and implement menus. You always prioritize safety and quality maintaining sanitation standards and keeping your station clean.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment and you know how to plan ahead and stay on top of your tasks. You communicate effectively with your team and our residents always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction comes from gaining kitchen experience while serving excellent food to our residents!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LINE COOK
- 1 years of restaurant or elder care dining experience
- Ability to routinely lift over 50lbs

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A LINE COOK
This full-time culinary position works Monday- Friday 6:00am-2:00pm.
