In this role you will be working as a Construction Administrator for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for site visits to monitor project progress help with submittal and drawing review and project closeout.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; $60000-$75000/Yr.

Bachelors Degree in Architecture Construction management etc..
5 years of experience in a construction administration role
Monitor project progress and provide support to ensure deadlines
Work with subcontractors
Experience with commercial and restoration projects preferred
Responsible for visiting projects sites to ensure project compliance
Prepare reports and assist in project closeout
MS office experience
